I am a Board Certified Internist and Geriatrician practicing in Newton, Massachusetts. My office is located at 2000 Washington St. Suite 570, Newton, 02462, adjacent to the Newton-Wellesley Hospital. I am on the staff of Newton-Wellesley and Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospitals, and maintain an open practice to new patients.

The practice consists of myself, Heather Martin, our receptionist, Kim Martin, our medical assistant, and Susan Burns, our billing person. I maintain 24/7 coverage with a group of other Internists, and can see most patients as needed when the office is open, which is 9-5 Monday through Friday. The telephone number is 617-964-2299.

Appointments can be made by calling Heather. I am available for phone assistance when needed, and can always be emailed. We take all major insurances, including Medicare and Mass Health.

My background includes a B. S. at Yale University in 1970, M.D. at University of Pennsylvania, and residencies in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Boston City Hospital. My professional experiences include working in the Indian Health Service in Idaho, being Medical Directors of Leominster Hospital Emergency Room, and of Healthstop Walk-In Clinics, and practicing medicine at the current location since 1987.
